Issue Delivery Orders & Invoices for daily delivery purposes.

Receive customer order via phone calls, WhatApp, and face-to-face, and place order.

Make accurate and rapid cost calculations while providing customers with quotation.

Be responsible for distributing news about the company's special promotions or price increases for product to customers.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers by providing support, information and guidance.

Daily record sales and order information, sending copies to the production department to prepare stock for delivery.

Ensure the availability of stock for sales.

Gather feedbacks from customers and share them with internal teams, analyze reports and customer satisfaction surveys.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
