Responsibilities

• Issue Delivery Orders & Invoices for daily delivery purposes.
• Receive customer order via phone calls, WhatApp, and face-to-face, and place order.
• Make accurate and rapid cost calculations while providing customers with quotation.
• Be responsible for distributing news about the company's special promotions or price increases for product to customers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers by providing support, information and guidance.
• Daily record sales and order information, sending copies to the production department to prepare stock for delivery.
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales.
• Gather feedbacks from customers and share them with internal teams, analyze reports and customer satisfaction surveys.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
