Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Arrival & Inspection
• Book towing for container unloading when vehicles arrive (typically monthly)
• Perform vehicle inspection checklist to identify minor damages and verify accessories (e.g. car matting, lug nuts, etc.)
• Sales Support & Client Handling
• Assist in showing units to buyers when scheduled
• Prepare and organize all necessary sales documents (Deed of Sale, Acknowledgement Receipt, Delivery Receipt, Plate Request, etc.)
• Receive payment and deposit to the designated bank
• Book towing to the buyer's delivery address and ensure proper handover on-site
• Maintain communication with buyers for any post-sale assistance or requirements
• Document Management
• Process signed buyer documents and submit them to the necessary offices
• Follow up with offices regarding document status (e.g. OR, CR, plate availability)
