- Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development Director
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, proposals, and sales materials
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Prepare, verify, and issue Delivery Order accurately and timely
- Liaise with internal departments to follow up on projects and action items
- Support client communications, follow-ups, and documentation of business opportunities
- Support sales or operations teams on ad hoc business needs
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in business support, sales, or business development assistance preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
