Job Description:

  1. Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development Director
  2. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, proposals, and sales materials
  3. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments with clients, partners, and internal teams
  4. Prepare, verify, and issue Delivery Order accurately and timely
  5. Liaise with internal departments to follow up on projects and action items
  6. Support client communications, follow-ups, and documentation of business opportunities
  7. Support sales or operations teams on ad hoc business needs

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in business support, sales, or business development assistance preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
