Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Sales & Admin Executive to support our sales and administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately
  • Handle and follow up with customers on orders and enquiries
  • Liaise with customers regarding sales, delivery, and documentation
  • Maintain good relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform general office and administrative duties
  • Assist with basic social media-related tasks when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in sales support or administrative work is an advantage
  • Good communication and customer handling skills
  • Familiar with invoicing and office administration
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email)
  • Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
