• Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and sales documentation.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and calendars for sales representatives.
• Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues to relevant team members.
• Monitor and track sales targets, KPIs, and team performance metrics.
