Sales Admin Coordinator (Parts)

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:

. Liaise and coordinate with customers and dealers on sales orders, queries and feedback

. Attending to phone calls and email enquiries

. To handle customers' and dealers' parts enquiries

. To manage customers' and dealers' parts ordering process

. Support all sales activities: from preparation, documentation, shipment to invoices and filing

. Liaise with warehouse for packing instruction and shipment collection from forwarder

. Stock planning and purchase

. Any other job duties as assigned by supervisor
