Job Description

  • Handling PO, quotation, purchase order, and other documents.
  • Making the document (Support Sales Team).
  • Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Supporting the sales team.
  • Performing other assigned jobs by the Hiring Manager.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
  • If has experience in Pharmaceuticals will be an advantage.
  • At least 0-2 years of relevant working experience in the Sales Administration/Sales Coordination/Sales Support function.
  • Good command of written/reading/speaking English (a must).
  • Flexible person, with a good attitude.
  • Working day: Mon – Fri 08.00 -17.00.
