We are looking for a dedicated Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales agents by organizing and coordinating school events across Malaysia. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, good communication, and an interest in the education or sales industry.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate school visits, seminars, and promotional events for the sales team
  • Communicate with school administrators to secure event permissions and scheduling
  • Manage and maintain an up-to-date event calendar for all school engagements
  • Prepare necessary documents, kits, and presentation materials for events
  • Ensure all event logistics are properly handled before, during, and after the event
  • Maintain accurate records and provide post-event reports or feedback
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, and data entry related to events
