Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily sales order trackers, databases, and logs with high accuracy
- Process and input customer orders and transactions into the ERP system promptly
- Reconcile sales data to ensure consistency and reliability of records
- Analyze and organize sales data using Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes
- Support operational tasks and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Candidates with no experience are welcomed to apply, 1 year of experience in administration or sales support is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using ERP systems for order processing is an added advantage
