Job Description

Assist the sales team with preparing and processing sales orders, quotes, and invoices.

Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client details, transaction history, and sales performance.

Coordinate and communicate with other departments (e.g., logistics, accounting) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services.

Data Management:

Input and update sales data into CRM systems or spreadsheets.

Generate sales reports and assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

Maintain accurate and organized files for customer orders, contracts, and communications.
