SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER/SALES ENGINEER

Job Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager/Sales Engineer located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Account Manager/Sales Engineer will be responsible for customer satisfaction, account management, customer service, lead generation, and effective communication.

Job Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers/accounts by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges. Serve as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts by analyzing customer needs and proposing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
