We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative Trainee to join our team in the Philippines. This 24-month development program is designed to prepare you for a successful career in field technical/sales through rotations across various departments. The program provides the knowledge, skills, and hands‑on experience needed to progress into a Sales Account Manager or an Applications Technologist role with Sensient Philippines. The departmental rotations include:

• Technical Training in the applications lab
• Sales Support
• Marketing
• Customer Service & Supply Chain
• Operations
