Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies and operational plans for Tier 1 automotive customers, in collaboration with product lines and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead account and regional planning efforts by leveraging customer engagement, competitive intelligence, and strategic relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Drive Design-Wins and Design-Ins for both existing and new product families, generating demand within Tier 1 automotive accounts.
  • Grow revenue and expand onsemi’s product content at Tier 1 customers by aligning with their platform requirements in sensing and power applications.
  • Strengthen strategic partnerships with key customers and effectively communicate onsemi’s value proposition.
  • Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development, with a strong background in the automotive industry.
