Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal

candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in client relationship management, sales outreach, or

business development, preferably within the SaaS domain. Prior experience in the e-commerce domain

will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.

• Identify and engage potential leads through outbound and inbound channels.

• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions from our product/service portfolio.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for clients.
