Execute overall account strategy to generate business for the property; retain, expand and grow account revenue of existing accounts and achieve overall sales target.
- Perform administrative functions, preparing and distributing banquet event orders and facilitating weekly operations meeting.
- Prepare writing routine correspondences.
- Coordinate sales-related details before and after the sale.
- Answers phones, make follow-up calls with prospective clients, and hold meetings with clients to book an event.
- Follow through client requests and ensure proper endorsement to concerned parties.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to facilitate marketing activities such as exhibits, trade shows, sales blitzes, quarterly hotel events, etc.
