We are looking for a Chat-Based Sales Person who can professionally engage with potential clients through Twitter (X), Discord, and Instagram DMs. The role focuses on converting chats into sales by building trust, understanding client needs, and closing deals — no voice calls required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales conversations via Twitter, Discord, and Instagram chats
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming messages and inquiries
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services/products
  • Convert leads into confirmed sales through chat
  • Maintain proper chat records and follow-ups
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery
