Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and committed team player to join our very friendly and supportive team in Sevenoaks Kent. We required 6 sessions on a Monday, Thursday and Friday. Our multidisciplinary team including GP's, ACP, Nurse, HCA, Pharmacist and knowledgeable admin team work collaboratively to deliver high-quality, innovative and compassionate care. We are always happy to support GPs in their special interest.
Main Duties of the Job

Main Duties of the Job
- Provide high-quality, patient-centred clinical care to our diverse population, including acute, chronic disease, and preventive care.
- Undertake face-to-face, telephone, online consultations and rare home visits as we have a low home visit rate.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective, holistic care.
