Sailing Coach

The McGill Sailing Team is looking to hire a new part-time Sailing Coach! We are a competitive sports team made up of 32 undergraduate students from McGill University. Established in 1937, the team has a rich history, competing in intercollegiate sailing regattas and hosting events locally. MUST is a top-performing team, consistently ranking within the top five in Canada and competing across New England in US college sailing. Driven by excellence, the team is dedicated to fostering talent and growing the sport of sailing.

Responsibilities

• Run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday practices from August 31st to October 31st, 2026. Practices begin at 3:30 and run until sunset. The schedule is currently flexible; looking for coaches willing to run anywhere from 2 to 4 practices per week.
