This position manages all employees of the Safety department and is responsible for the indirect supervision of all employees as it relates to Safety practices.

+ Directs, develops and oversees general safety policy and procedures
+ Ensures the workplace is in compliance with OSHA and other state, local or industry specific regulations
+ Manages the Safety and Health function to meet our Safety Policy
+ Responsible for the promotion of Safety and Health of the Hudson Operation
+ Ensures Safety Audits are conducted on a weekly basis and provides management with metrics to improve
+ Participates and/or leads incident investigations for compliance to safety standards
+ Adapts to operational needs and addresses immediate concerns of the manufacturing environment
