Job Description

  • Responsibilities:

    Review ship design drawings to ensure compliance with the International Maritime Organization (IMO), classification society rules, and relevant national regulations.
    Provides pre-contract service to clients.
    Participates in the canvassing for activities in co-ordination with the Manager and assist to Marketing Manager upon the Manager’s instruction.
    The field of review drawings is in accordance with the job assignment.
    Performs examination of the drawings in accordance with the latest relevant BV rules, international regulations, international & national standards and relevant technical guidance under the supervisions of the Manager and Head Office.
    Files and preserves the approved drawings, calculation sheets, computing data, faxes and letter for each vessel.
    BV stamps are used in accordance with the provisions of work instruction.
