Safety Manager

Job Description :

Report to Plant Manager •Lead the promotion of safe operating practices •Manage the Safety system •Lead and organize EHS training •Prepare and manage the contractor safety program for including contractor selection, training and monitoring. •Collect and report to monthly EHS statistics •Help understand and enforce Vietnamese EHS regulations. •Organize incident response and reporting: incidents and near miss root cause analysis. •Lead audits regularly to ensure adequate safety situation. •List and analyze potential EHS improvement, prioritize them methodically and organize continuous sustainable progress with plant team support. •Organize, facilitate and report on the monthly EHS committee. •Represent the plant and company with local authorities: fire department, environmental agencies, auditors.
