Responsibilities
- Implement and support all Safety and Health programs, including the Heidelberg Materials Safety/Health Management System.
- Provide ongoing safety and health support and guidance to the Delta Cement plant operational management and employees.
- Continuously interpret and plan compliance for current and emerging safety regulatory requirements at all levels affecting the facilities (Federal, Provincial, and local).
- Monitor and proactively report on facility Safety and Health performance.
- Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures, including implementation of company guidelines, completion of required training, and ongoing monitoring.
