Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Planning & Implementation:
• Develop, implement, and update the site-specific Safety Management Plan (SMP) to ensure compliance with local safety laws and regulations.
• Design and implement safety policies and procedures for construction activities.
• Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) and risk assessments for various construction tasks and projects.

Site Safety Inspections & Audits:

• Perform regular safety inspections and audits of construction sites, machinery, and equipment to identify safety hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure that all workers adhere to safety guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA regulations, and other health and safety standards.
