How you’ll make a difference 

  • You will spend the majority of your time on-site across South East Queensland project environments, engaging directly with project teams, contractors, and site leadership to identify and resolve hazards.
  • Conduct inspections and audits, provide SHE compliance assurance, and support incident investigations, applying sound judgement rather than a purely procedural approach.
  • Coach and influence supervisors and site leadership to uphold safety expectations and standards, building trust and credibility as a visible presence in the field.
  • Provide clients and the business with confidence in safety oversight and control on the ground, acting as a project-focused contributor rather than a purely administrative role.
