This role, based in Dartmouth, is responsible for advancing our safety culture, strengthening regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across our facilities.

Facilities are located in Dartmouth, NS; Moncton, NB; Mount Pearl, NL; and Summerside, PE.

Job Responsibilities

• Champion and embed Maritime Papers safety culture across all levels of the company.
• Provide strategic leadership, direction, and operational support to the safety team.
• Identify and lead strategic, operational, and process improvement initiatives that enhance safety performance and effectiveness.
