Job Description

The Safety Engineer is responsible for leading and coordinating industrial safety and occupational health activities within the plant. The goal is to ensure compliance with applicable regulations (NOMs, ISO 45001, ISO 14001), as well as to promote a culture of risk prevention, continuous improvement, and operational excellence throughout the organization. This role will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify, assess, and control workplace risks, implement safety programs, and ensure optimal conditions in the work environment.


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Safety, or related field).
  • Professional experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as a Safety Engineer or in related roles, preferably in the automotive sector or metal-mechanic manufacturing.
