Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and/or review Risk Assessments and assist in identifying and assessing risks arising from the workplace
  • Drive, coordinate, and implement all Workplace Safety and Health Initiatives
  • Conduct Workplace Safety and Health audits and incident investigations
  • Produce Site Workplace Safety and Health Reports on a regular basis
  • Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and statutory requirements
  • Co-ordinate Workplace Safety and Health Meetings and conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings and training
  • Conduct regular inspections of the worksite and recommend reasonably practical control measures at the workplace
  • Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as may be required by the regulatory authorities
  • Attend site inspection with a regulatory officer during the audit
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
