Key Responsibilities
Conduct and/or review Risk Assessments and assist in identifying and assessing risks arising from the workplaceDrive, coordinate, and implement all Workplace Safety and Health InitiativesConduct Workplace Safety and Health audits and incident investigationsProduce Site Workplace Safety and Health Reports on a regular basisEnsure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and statutory requirementsCo-ordinate Workplace Safety and Health Meetings and conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings and trainingConduct regular inspections of the worksite and recommend reasonably practical control measures at the workplaceMaintain mandatory records and other documentation as may be required by the regulatory authoritiesAttend site inspection with a regulatory officer during the auditPerform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
