Safety Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to join our client’s team in Louisville, KY. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate, and timely implementation of safety training while adhering to all applicable safety protocols, including OSHA 1926 and MSHA 48B for all field employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction or industrial safety leadership, with the ability to effectively train, audit, and maintain compliance across multiple job sites.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute OSHA & MSHA training for new hires and existing employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Provide safety-related input during the job quoting process to ensure all necessary precautions are considered.

Maintain compliance with third-party safety training platforms such as ISNet, Avetta, Gatefeed, and TappiSafe.
