**Job Description**
The Safety Coordinator will serve as a high-visibility, field-based safety presence, spending approximately 90% of time in the field interacting directly with trades. This role is hands-on and focused on preventing incidents through presence, intervention, and communication. The Safety Coordinator is expected to actively identify unsafe behaviors, stop work when necessary, and coach crews in real-time to ensure compliance with site safety standards.
