What does the job look like?

At Linfox, our commitment to safety is at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking an experienced Safety & Compliance Manager to oversee both transport and warehousing operations supporting five major retail customers across fourteen sites nationally.

In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic leadership and hands-on support, partnering with operational leaders nationally to strengthen and embed a robust safety culture. You will champion safe work practices, drive continuous improvement, and ensure exceptional operational outcomes across complex, multi-site environments. Key areas:

Lead mentor and drive safety and compliance outcomes across transport and warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to Heavy Vehicle National Law, Chain of Responsibility, and WHS legislation.
