About the role:

The Safer Together Program Coordinator will lead the South West LHSN Safer Together Program team, responsible for leading the South West LHSN in improvement initiatives in collaboration with health services. As the Safer Together Program Coordinator, your primary goal is to foster collaboration, steer the effective implementation of the Safer Together Program and maintain reporting with member health services, Safer Care Victoria and various other stakeholders.
