Senior Associate Internal Audit Location : Gurgaon
Job Summary
Preparing Audit Program and initiate the Audit
Conducting Internal Audits as per Audit Plan
Coordination with process owners from initiation to closing meeting of internal audit
Management of Audit work papers
Independent handling on-site/off-site assignments
Preparation of presentation for Audit Committee
Managing communication with External/Other Auditor
Preparation of MIS/ Dashboard for regular updates
Independently handling Forensics, Whistle blower complaints, fraud investigations, etc.
Operation Risk Assessment, Enterprise Risk Management, Risk Registers, Dealing with the Stakeholders in proactive identification of the key risks and their respective mitigation plans
Required Qualifications
Internal Audit Standards & Framework, ERM and COSO Framework
Mandate - Qualification: Chartered Accountant (mandatory, 1–3 attempts)
Joining: Preference for early joiners
