SaaS Architect Consultant for Education ERP Platform
We are building a scalable, multi-tenant SaaS platform to replace our current education ERP/CRM system used by a large pre-university college (2,000+ students).
The system will include:
Admissions CRM
Student information management
Attendance tracking
Fee management
Exam engine (timed tests, auto-evaluation, rank calculation)
Role-based dashboards (admin, faculty, management, parents)
Reporting & analytics
Future scalability to onboard multiple colleges
We are looking for a Senior SaaS / Solutions Architect (Consulting Engagement, 6–8 weeks initially) to:
Design overall system architecture (scalable, multi-tenant)
Define database schema strategy
Recommend tech stack (backend, frontend, infra)
Design cloud deployment strategy (AWS preferred)
Define security & role-based access structure
Provide performance & scalability guidelines
Help define engineering standards and team structur...
