RegScale in Dubai is seeking an experienced technical support specialist to be the first line of defense for customer issues in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will gather details, reproduce problems, and provide Tier 1 troubleshooting.
As issues escalate, you will resolve Tier 2 using product knowledge, document thoroughly for Tier 3, and maintain records in Salesforce and Jira. You will contribute to FAQs and training content while supporting Customer Success Managers and ensuring SLA
