RELEX Solutions is hiring SaaS Support Analysts to join our 24/7 global support team in Querétaro. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in our hosted SaaS environment, working with Linux, cloud technologies, and enterprise software.

Candidates should have experience in SaaS or cloud support, strong Linux/Unix knowledge, SQL and relational databases, and good English communication skills.
