Designation: Support Analyst

  • Understanding of how point of sales operations and inventory management work
  • Managing Customer communication
  • Managing incident lifecycle
  • To make the Test plan for incidents that require L3 fix
  • To support customer in implementing the solution

Base location: Manila Education

Qualification: Graduate: Computer Graduate / BE Computers

Experience: 3-5 Years

Essential Skills: Has understanding of Point of Sales application and Inventory management system

Technical Knowledge:

  • Expert in Troubleshooting and Root cause analysis
  • Basic Database Understanding - SQL skills, how to extract a log file, Cloud environment

Personal Traits:

  • Should be savvy of working on Business Application involving inventory management
  • Should be able to multi-task and track SLA's
  • Should be able to produce the best result in pressure situ...
