Beyond, located in Barcelona, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead the management of our largest customers. You'll deliver exceptional customer experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Your role will involve driving customer satisfaction and retention, training clients on revenue management, and advocating for customers back to Product. A minimum of 3 years in customer success is essential, with proficiency in both English and French.
