Holded is seeking a Phone Support Specialist to help users navigate our platform, resolve issues, and receive product guidance. You’ll be at the frontline of delivering a seamless customer experience via live calls and other channels.

You’ll need strong written communication, a knack for problem solving, and the ability to learn new tools quickly. This role requires Spanish native and fluent English, with a hybrid work setup in Barcelona.
