Saas Cloud Capacity Engineer

This Capacity Engineering position works within the SaaS Engineering Strategic Operations organization specifically the SaaS Decision Support portfolio. This team supports in all its flavors SaaS Cloud capacity engineering, forecasting and delivery for a shared collection of SaaS products and services globally. This team originated at the OCI cloud hardware & capacity layer(s), ensuring availability across all SaaS production products, and now translates this perspective into business-critical strategies to help assure product service reliability and program initiative delivery globally on OCI cloud. This role goes further driving into the multiple SaaS products to understand their base end-to-end capacity configuration and design needs, technical dependencies, and overall behavioral characteristics to better _predict _the business needs from one to five years out as well as improve the service reliability and cost efficiencies within the OCI cloud platform.
