This is a full-timerole for aSaaS Client Relationship Manager, you will manageand grow relationships with SaaS customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion. Actas a strategic partner aligning client goals with platform capabilities. Drive adoption, renewals, and long-term value across assigned accounts.

Qualifications
  • 3–7 years in SaaS account management, customer success, or client relationship roles
  • Strong understanding of SaaS subscription and revenue models
  • Experience managing mid-market or enterprise clients
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to drive renewals and expansion revenue
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
  • Experience collaborating with technical and product teams
