General Summary

The outbound supervisor will manage the day‑to‑day fulfilment, dispatch and delivery of goods. They will oversee warehouse workflows—including order picking, packing, and handover to 3 PL—to ensure shipments reach customers accurately, safely, and on schedule. They also will lead team performance and enforce safety compliance, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.

Operations & Logistics Coordinate daily outbound activities from order release to dispatch. Supervise picking, staging, and packing processes to ensure orders are ready before prescribed cut‑off times. Ensure 100% inventory accuracy and proper handling of all outgoing consignments. Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality control measures.
