Duties:



Assist with projects, including data entry, report generation

Provide general sorting and organizing archival materials

Creating and maintaining an inventory of archival items using spreadsheets or database tools

Assisting with the classification and labeling of materials according to archival or research categories

Digitizing documents where appropriate

Entering metadata and descriptive information to support future access

Assisting with the organization of materials related to Native studies and languages

Ensuring careful handling of sensitive or culturally significant materials in accordance with ethical research practices

Maintaining clear documentation of organizational systems and progress
