RWD Manager

Experience required:

1. Prior team leadership experience
2. At least 10 to15 years of experience working with real-world data for use in pharmacoepidemiology research with good practical knowledge in biostatistics applied to clinical/epidemiological research
3. Expertise in R & SAS including SAS Base, SAS Macros, SQL, including certain SAS STATS procedures. Proficiency with other programming language (e.g. Python) is preferred
4. Certification and Expertise in IHD is preferred.
5. Experience with statistical analysis of real-world data, proficiency with some of the commonly used statistical methods in RWD
6. Deep Knowledge of different Therapeutic areas to translate insights into impact
7. Big and Unstructured data curation, wrangling & exploration; Ability to identify noise in the data via asking the right questions to transform it into a consumable format;
8. Identify the right Analysis to get meaningful insight and interpretation.
