What you’ll do
  • Respond to support tickets correcting data issues and assisting in root cause analysis.
  • Running daily jobs importing enrollment files and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Reviewing daily logs to identify and correct issues.
  • Ability to design requirements on small systems or modules of medium systems (large scale) environment and technical documentation.
