Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years of full-stack experience, including 2+ years in Ruby on Rails.
  • Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and deploying to AWS (or similar cloud).
  • Proven ability to own medium‑complexity features (e.g., payment integrations, API services).
  • Comfortable with code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Able to work both independently and within cross‑functional teams.
