About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer to join a growing product team building AI-powered features into a well-established Rails application. You'll work on integrating LLM-driven capabilities, think intelligent search, automated workflows, and AI-assisted user experiences, into a platform used by real customers at scale.

This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Spain or Portugal, working within a distributed European team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and building new features in a Ruby on Rails codebase, with a strong focus on integrating AI/LLM capabilities (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs)
