**What you will do**
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs using Ruby on Rails;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand API requirements and specifications;
- Ensure API performance, scalability, and security;
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code;
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions;
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize API performance.
**Must haves**
- **3+ years** of experience working with **Ruby on Rails**;
- Strong command of API design patterns and best practices in Rails;
- Solid understanding of HTTP protocols and JSON data structures;
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL);
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows;
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setup;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
