Ruby on Rails Developer

We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer based in Bogotá to join a new team building a multiproduct fintech platform.

What we expect from you:
4+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails
Experience in Fintech or Banking is a plus
Experience building and maintaining scalable backend systems
Strong communication skills: ability to explain technical decisions, defend ideas, propose solutions, and clearly articulate trade-offs
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
Eagerness to learn and openness to receiving constructive feedback
