What we expect from you:

• 4+ years of professional experience with
  Ruby on Rails
• Experience in
  Fintech or Banking
  is a plus
• Experience building and maintaining scalable backend systems
• Strong communication skills: ability to explain technical decisions, defend ideas, propose solutions, and clearly articulate trade-offs
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
